Founded in 2016, Bridge Property Management serves residential buildings in New York City and the Boston metropolitan area. We coordinate finances, maintenance and building operations for co-op and condo boards, homeowners associations and multifamily owners, helping them manage the work their buildings need today and plan for the years ahead.

ACCOUNTABLE MANAGEMENT
Bridge assigns a dedicated account manager to each building and averages four buildings per manager across its portfolio.
That gives your board or ownership team a consistent point of contact for the building's management. Our work brings together financial reporting, maintenance coordination, board communication and planning, so you can discuss these connected responsibilities with one company.
We also coordinate outside specialists when your building needs engineering, legal or other professional support. Work reserved for licensed professionals stays with those specialists. Where building staff are needed, we place and manage them on behalf of boards and owners.

How we put our approach into practice
Regular contact
We visit every building every week, hold at least one board meeting each month and reply to every board inquiry within one business day. These commitments give boards a regular opportunity to discuss their building's needs and the work ahead.
Clear financial information
Our monthly financial reports compare revenue and expenditure with the budget, showing both current-month and year-to-date figures. Boards can also log in through AppFolio to see their building's finances, with information available between meetings.
Planning beyond the next repair
Every building receives a five-year plan, reviewed twice per year. We combine that forward planning with seasonal property inspections and a record of completed inspections, keeping the building's physical condition part of the ongoing management discussion.

In New York, Bridge Property Management LLC is licensed by the New York State Department of State as a real estate broker.
Bridge is headquartered in New York, with a second staffed office in Boston. We work with residential boards and property owners, including investors and developers, across our two service areas.
