Sales and leasing representation is separately contracted and charged. Ongoing property management and transfers/closings administration remain separate services. Outside attorneys perform legal work.
Bridge Property Management LLC is licensed as a real estate broker in both New York and Massachusetts.
Brokerage inquiries go directly to Bridge Brokerage Group.
